Description
Restart yeast is a combination of active, highly alcoholic yeast S.bayanus and a special medium, thanks to which it is possible to resume fermentation in wines and must.
Advantages:

- resumption of suspended fermentation in wines and musts with alcohol content up to 10%,
- dosing directly into the setting,
- restart must occur within 7 days. This is the time required for yeast to multiply under difficult conditions related, among other things, to the presence of alcohol,

- fermentation temperature 25-30 ° C ,
