Description

Restart yeast is a combination of active, highly alcoholic yeast S.bayanus and a special medium, thanks to which it is possible to resume fermentation in wines and must.

Advantages:

  • chance of salvation in case of too sweet and low power settings,
  • resumption of suspended fermentation in wines and musts with alcohol content up to 10%,
  • dosing directly into the setting,
  • restart must occur within 7 days. This is the time required for yeast to multiply under difficult conditions related, among other things, to the presence of alcohol,
  • fermentation with an alcohol content of no more than 18%,
  • fermentation temperature 25-30 ° C ,
  • at 25 liters of heat.

Ingredients: yeast, diammonium phosphate.
