Yeast Coobra Mega Pack 100 L - excellent quality and tolerance drink This is a turbo yeast designed for fermenting 100 liters of sugar wort. This yeast strain can ferment without additional refrigeration. Maximum volume 120 liters. Yes, the manufacturer claims 100 liters, but this yeast will process more than the maximum stated amount of sugar, and you will accordingly get more distillate from one pack.

Preparing mash is one of the most important stages in the overall process of making drinks, and an equally important step on the way to achieving the goal - choosing yeast. Today there is a huge variety on the market; English and Polish yeasts are valued. But the Swedish brand Coobra is an excellent yeast. If you follow the technology, you will receive a clean, light, odorless and impurity-free mash with an ethyl content of up to 20%.

Yeast, nutrients, vitamins and trace elements.

How to use correctly:

Dissolve 25 kg. sugar or 28 kg. dextrose in 40 liters of hot water (40-50 °C). Mix well. Add water to 100 liters and adjust the temperature (bring to 25 °C), then add the contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. The temperature regime when diluting sugar is not a strict nuance (the main thing is that it is not cold). Try the method - 30 kg. sugar and 120 liters of water. You will get great results. The main thing is to follow the rules - clean spring water, high-quality sugar, temperature conditions. Do not rush the distillation process - let your mash settle well and clarify. You can use clarifiers that give excellent results.

  • the ideal fermentation temperature is 24-27 °C;
  • degree - up to 18%;
  • the duration of the fermentation process is 6-10 days;
