Trikardin of the tab. of p/o No. 20

tablets "Trikardin" are applied at the following indications: functional disorders of activity of a cardiovascular system (neurocirculatory dystonia, a vegetative neurosis) as demulcent at nervous excitement and insomnia.

Structure

One tablet contains (active ingredients):

• a valerian of roots of extract of dense (Valerianae radix extractum spissum) (2.6-5.6:1) (extractant - ethanol of 70.0% (about/about)) in terms of dry matter - 30 mg;
• a hawthorn of fruits of extract of dense (Crataegi fructus extractum spissum) (2.5-6.7:1) (extractant - ethanol of 70.0% (about/about)) in terms of dry matter - 15 mg;
• a motherwort of a grass of extract of dense (Leonuri herba extractum spissum) (4.1-8.3:1) (extractant - ethanol of 70.0% (about/about)) in terms of dry matter - 15 mg.

Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium carbonate easy, sodium of a kroskarmelloz, silicon dioxide colloidal waterless, magnesium stearate, film covering of "Wincoat WT-MPAQ-013002P Red" (polyvinyl alcohol, triethyl citrate, titan dioxide (E 171), talc, ponso 4R (E 124)).

Contraindication

1. Increased individual sensitivity to medicine components, the expressed arterial hypotension, the expressed bradycardia, a depression and other diseases which are followed by oppression of activity of the central nervous system.
2. Children's age up to 18 years.

Trikardin to apply

inside the adult on one tablet 3 times a day to food.

At easy forms of insomnia - on 1-2 tablets in 1 hour prior to a dream.

Overdose

Side effects

from a cardiovascular system: tachycardia or bradycardia, lowering of arterial pressure, hypotension, considerable delay of a warm rhythm.

from nervous system: depression, oppression of emotional reactions, dizziness, drowsiness.

from digestive tract: nausea, spastic abdominal pain, dyspepsia.

Allergic reactions: reddening, rash, itch, cutaneous dropsy, urticaria.
