Sodium of chloride solution of 0.9% normalizes water-salt balance and liquidates deficiency of liquid in a human body which develops in dehydration or through accumulation of extracellular liquid in the centers of extensive burns and injuries, at abdominal organs surgeries, peritonitis.

Sodium of chloride solution of 0.9% improves perfusion of fabrics, increases efficiency of hemotransfusionic actions at big blood losses and severe forms of shock.

Pharmacokinetics.

Clinical characteristics.

Indication.

Contraindication.

Overhydratation, a hyperchloremia, a hypernatremia, chloride acidosis, states connected with danger of edematization of lungs.

Children.

Overdose.

to chloride acidosis, increase in removal of potassium from an organism, an overhydratation and a hypervolemia owing to what heart failure can develop. at emergence of symptoms of the specified states the administration of medicament should be stopped, to estimate a condition of the patient and to render the adequate help.

Side reactions.

at the correct use of medicine. when performing massive infusions the development of chloride acidosis is possible.
