2007 digitally remastered edition of the debut album by the hybrid trio the merged former Mountain members Leslie West and Corky Laing with Jack Bruce of Cream. The album was produced by Andy Johns (a protege of Blind Faith/Rolling Stones producer Jimmy Miller). This special edition includes a booklet with authoritative and extensive liner notes by Chris Welch. Formed in 1972 after the breakup of the band Mountain this is an old supergroup get together that has become almost lost in music time. With the addition of Jack Bruces (formerly from the band Cream) outstanding bass guitar sounds this is a solid rockin release from front to back. Every single song is outstanding, well written, well played and leaves you wondering why these guys didnt keep on making music together like this. If you like classic rock and/or a bit of a southern influenced guitar rock sound then you are gonna want to check this classic material out.
