Polyurethane shoe adhesive 312 is a solution of polyurethane resins and modifiers in a mixture of organic solvents.

GLUE CHARACTERISTICS:

- fast setting;

― high strength and elasticity of the adhesive seam;

- water resistance;

- heat resistance;

― preservation of strength at low temperatures;

- oil and petrol resistance

― high viscosity, which allows you to use glue economically when working with glue-absorbing materials;

― possibility of using both one-component and two-component ones.

PURPOSE OF THE GLUE:

Used in the footwear industry for attaching soles made of polyurethane, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), TEP (thermoplastic elastomer), molded rubber and leatherette to the upper of shoes made of natural and artificial leather, rubber, textiles, fabrics, as well as for gluing or gluing products made of PVC and polyurethane them to other materials.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF GLUE:

Mix the glue thoroughly before use. First clean the surfaces of smooth materials with sandpaper, then apply a thin layer of glue. Lubricate both surfaces to be glued, and absorbing materials such as fabrics - twice (the second time after 10-20 minutes). To improve the strength properties of the bottoms, activate them at a temperature of 65-70°C. After connecting, press the elements tightly for 15-25 seconds at a pressure of 2-5 kg/cm2. Full strength is achieved after 2 days

STORING THE GLUE:

Store the glue in accordance with the rules for storing flammable materials, in tightly closed packaging, at a temperature of 5-30 ° C.
