Pletol of the tab. of 100 mg No. 60 ***

tablets "Pletol" are shown for increase in the maximum painless distance of walking at patients with the alternating lameness who have no pains at rest and symptoms of necrosis of peripheral fabrics (diseases of peripheral arteries, a stage of II in Fontaine).

Structure

One tablet supports a tsilostazol of 100 mg.

Excipients: corn starch, hydroksimetilpropiltselyuloza E 5, cellulose microcrystalline 101, magnesium stearate, calcium of a karmelloz.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to a tsilostazol or any component of drug;
• heavy renal failure (clearance of creatinine ≤ 25 ml/minute);
• moderate or heavy liver failure;
• stagnant heart failure;
• pregnancy;
• any known tendency to bleeding (for example an active ulcer, a recent hemorrhagic stroke (within 6 months), a proliferative form of a diabetic retinopathy, slabocontroliruyemy arterial hypertension);
• ventricular tachycardia, fibrillation of ventricles or a multifocal ventricular ectopia in the anamnesis at patients who passed or did not undergo the corresponding therapy and also lengthening of an interval of QT;
• a heavy tachyarrhythmia in the anamnesis;
• simultaneous treatment by two or more additional antithrombocytic resources or anticoagulants (for example acetylsalicylic acid, klopidogret, heparin, warfarin, atsenokumarol, dabigatran, rivaroksaban or apiksaban);
• unstable stenocardia, a myocardial infarction within the last 6 months or coronary intervention within the last 6 months.

Route of administration

Recommended dose - on 100 mg 2 times a day. A pill is taken in 30 minutes prior to food or in 2 hours after meal of morning and in the evening.

Administration of medicament at meal time can increase its maximum concentration in plasma that increases risk of side reactions. Considerable improvement of a condition of patients is observed after administration of medicament within 16-24 weeks, sometimes improvement was noted after treatment within 4-12 weeks. If within 6 months the treatment was not effective, the doctor has to appoint other therapy.

Pregnant women

Are absent the confirmed data on use of a tsilostazol to pregnant women, the potential risk is unknown. Tsilostazol can get into breast milk, exact data are absent. Considering potential negative impact on the child, use of medicament during feeding by a breast it is not recommended. In case of need treatments tsilostazoly it is necessary to stop feeding by a breast.

Drug children are not recommended to appoint
