Nicotinic K-ta-Zdorovye solution for infection. 10mg/ml amp. 1 ml No. 10

Solution "Nicotinic kislota-Zdorovye" is applied to injections at the following indications:

• treatment of a pellagra (PP vitamin avitaminosis);
• ischemic violations of cerebral circulation;
• angiospasm of extremities (obliterating endarteritis, Raynaud's disease);
• angiospasm of kidneys;
• a wound, an ulcer which do not begin to live a long time;
• a complication of diabetes (diabetic polyneuropathy, mikroangiopatiya);
• gipoatsidny gastritis, coloenteritis, colitis;
• a disease of a liver (acute and chronic hepatitises);
• neuritis of a facial nerve;
• intoxication of various genesis: professional, alcoholic, medicamentous (aniline derivatives, barbiturates, antituberculous remedies, streptocides).

Structure

1 ml of solution contains (active ingredient) of niacin of 10 mg.

Excipients: Natrii hydrocarbonas, water for injections.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to medicine components;
• a peptic ulcer of a stomach and duodenum (in an aggravation stage), gout, a hyperuricemia, a heavy liver failure (including cirrhosis), severe forms of arterial hypertension and atherosclerosis (intravenous administration), dekompensirovanny diabetes, a recent myocardial infarction, sudden decrease in peripheric vascular resistance in the anamnesis.

Pellagra. To appoint intravenously or intramusculary 10 mg (1 ml) 1-2 times a day. A course of treatment - 10-15 days.

Ischemic violations of cerebral circulation. Intravenously (slowly) to enter 10 mg (1 ml).

Other indications. To appoint subcutaneously or intramusculary 10 mg (1 ml) once a day within 10-15 days. Addition in infusion solution of 10 mg (1 ml) of niacin on 100-200 ml of solution is possible.

Highest doses at intravenous administration: single - 100 mg (10 ml), daily - 300 mg (30 ml).

Overdose

Symptoms: strengthening of side effects from a cardiovascular system: arterial hypotension, a headache, is possible a loss of consciousness, dizziness, feeling of inflows.

Treatment: medicament withdrawal, disintoxication therapy, symptomatic treatment. Specific antidote is absent.

Side effects

from a cardiovascular system: feeling of inflows which can be followed by an asthma, tachycardia, heartbeat, sweating, a fever, hypostases, feeling of pricking and burning; at fast intravenous administration - a considerable lowering of arterial pressure, orthostatic hypotension, collapse.

from nervous system: headache, dizziness, paresthesias.

Local reactions: morbidity in the place of subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.

Other allergic reactions (in the ohm rash number exhausting naggers, a small tortoiseshell), dryness of skin and mucous membrane of eyes; seldom - hypostasis of a retina of eyes; very seldom at patients with coronary heart disease - arrhythmias, an acanthosis (brown spots on skin a velvety surface). These symptoms are unstable and disappear after medicament withdrawal.

At prolonged use in high doses: a hyperpegmentation, spasms, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, exacerbation of stomach ulcer, an amblyopia, jaundice, a hyperuricemia, fat dystrophy of a liver, increase in level of glucose (decrease in tolerance), uric acid, aspartate aminotransferase, a lactate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase in blood, a hypophosphatemia, decrease in quantity of platelets, increase in a prothrombin time, insomnia, myalgia, a lowering of arterial pressure, rhinitis, misting of sight, the century, a myopathy, exfoliative dermatitis swelled.

Interaction

should not be mixed with Thiamini chloridum solutions (there are thiamine destructions), a pyridoxine of a hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, Euphyllinum, salicylates, tetracycline, sympathomimetics, a hydrocortisone.
