Pharmacological properties

Neokardil contains the standardized extracts of leaves and flowers of a hawthorn, leaves of a ginkgo and root of a puerariya which main components are flavonoids (quercetin, giperin, giperozid, viteksin), isoflavones, organic acids, carotinoids, pectins, triterpenovy and flavonovy glycosides, sincaline. pharmacological effect of medicine is caused by effects of a complex of the active agents which are its part.

Extract of fruits of a hawthorn renders to

soft cardiotonic, anti-anginal, antioxidant, antiarrhytmic, antiagregantny and spasmolytic action. Improves blood supply and a functional condition of a myocardium, sokratitelny and pump functions of a cardiac muscle, increases sensitivity of a myocardium to cardiac glycosides, lowers raised the arterial blood pressure and normalizes ChSS.

Thanks to the content of extract of leaves of a ginkgo of a bilob medicine improves a cerebral blood-groove and supply of tissues of brain with oxygen and glucose. Has anti-hypoxemic and antioxidant effect, influences rheological properties of blood and microcirculation, prevents aggregation of platelets, improves blood circulation in extremities. Neurosensory violations (dizziness, feeling of noise and a ring in ears, a gipoakuziya, an involute degeneration of a macula lutea, a diabetic retinopathy).

Use

Adult should accept

neokardit on 1 capsule 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, or once in the morning all daily dose.

can use Drug irrespective of food. It is necessary to swallow of capsules, washing down with water. The term of treatment is determined by the doctor. The therapeutic effect is usually noted in 1 month. In the absence of positive changes of clinical symptomatology or at its deterioration during 6 weeks of treatment it is necessary to see a doctor. Contraindication

Individual hypersensitivity to medicine components. the expressed arterial hypotension and bradycardia.

Side effects

from digestive system: digestive disturbances, dyspepsia, diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting.

Is recommended to observe attentively patients who at the same time take the medicaments which are metabolized by P450 3A4 cytochrome. Data on abuses of a ginkgo of a bilob (EGb 761) are absent. Proceeding from pharmacological characteristics of medicine, the ginkgo of a bilob (EGb 761) has no potential for abuse.

Drug contains lactose. Patients with rare inherited disorders of a lactose intolerance, a galactosemia or a syndrome of glyukozo-galaktozny malabsorption should not use this drug.

Use during pregnancy and feeding by a breast. There are no data on use of medicine during pregnancy and feeding by a breast therefore Neokardil do not apply during these periods.

Children. There is no experience of use of medicine for children therefore Neokardil do not apply in pediatric practice.

Ability to influence speed of response at control of vehicles or other mechanisms. In rare instances perhaps temporary deterioration in reaction because of drowsiness.

Drugs of a hawthorn strengthen effect of quinidine, a novokainamid, cardiac glycosides. It is not recommended to use hawthorn medicaments along with alkaloid salts owing to formation of a deposit.

Drug exponentiates effect of antiarrhytmic medicines, enhances effects of somnolent, sedative, hypotensive medicines. It is not necessary to use medicament together with tsizapridy.
