Structure

Active ingredient: dezogestret;

1 tablet, coated, contains 0.075 mg of a dezogestrel;

Excipients: alpha tocopherol, silicon dioxide colloidal, stearic acid, K-30 povidone, potato starch, lactose; structure of a cover: Opadray AI 85F28751 white: talc, macrogoal 3000, titan dioxide, E 171, polyvinyl alcohol.

Contraindication

• It is diagnosed or the suspected pregnancy.
• Thromboembolic diseases of veins in an active phase.
• Postponed or available serious diseases of a liver (before normalization of indicators of hepatic tests).
• Diagnosed or suspected malignant hormonedependent new growths.
• Vaginal bleeding of not clear etiology.
• Hypersensitivity to active agent or to any of medicine excipients.

Route of administration

Pill should be taken daily, approximately at the same time so that the interval between reception of two tablets always made 24 hours. The first pill should be taken in the first day of menstrual bleeding. Then it is necessary to continue to accept on one tablet a day, without paying attention to possible bleedings. To begin to use new blister packing next day after tablets from the previous packing end.

Overdose

Messages about serious negative consequences as a result of overdose did not arrive. In case of overdose the following symptoms are observed: nausea, vomiting, and young girls have an insignificant vaginal bleeding. Antidotes do not exist, it is recommended to carry out symptomatic treatment.

Side effects

In clinical trials of medicine side effects (> 2.5%): violation of periods, acne, change of mood, mammary gland pain, nausea and increase in body weight. According to classification of MedDRA, are shown side effects and frequency (infrequently, seldom, it is very rare) which, connected with use of medicine.

Interaction between hormonal contraceptives and other medicaments can lead

to developing of breakthrough bleeding and/or violation of contraceptive protection. It was generally reported about interaction with the combined contraceptives, but sometimes it was reported also about the contraceptives containing only progestogen.
