Coffee beans are harvested from plantations located in northern Honduras in the region around San Antonio de la Cumbre. Coffee trees grow there at an altitude of 1200–1500 meters above sea level among a variety of tropical plants. Ideal climatic conditions and particularly careful care throughout the entire cultivation period - from planting to harvesting - allow us to obtain coffee beans of unrivaled quality in harmony with nature. All coffee beans are Fair Trade certified. They are harvested from plantations owned by smallholder farmers who grow coffee trees according to fair trade standards. Fair terms of trade allow farmers to improve their living and working conditions on their own and invest in a sustainable future. This coffee blend is light and elegant. It has an exquisite sweetish taste with a very delicate hint of dark chocolate and watermelon. This coffee mixture is ideal for making cream coffee. It is combined with milk, which perfectly emphasizes its sweetness. Coffee made from this mixture is best served with wild berry pie.
