Indian coffee is known primarily for its special preparation process, the so-called “monsooning”. Once harvested, the coffee beans are first exposed to the monsoon rains for 5 days for washing and then left to dry in the monsoon winds for 7 weeks.

This preparation process gives the Malabar Monsooned Indian coffee blend a unique taste. This mixture is easily absorbed by the body and is characterized by the absence of sourness and the presence of a spicy, rich and intense taste.

This coffee blend with a subtle acidity is ideal for making evening espresso or cream coffee.
