Pharmacological properties

Indovazin - the combined remedy which part are indometacin and trokserutin. Indometacin shows the expressed anti-inflammatory, analgeziruyushchy and antiedematous action. Its application leads to elimination of pain, reduction of hypostasis and reduction of time of functional rehabilitation at injury of joints and fabrics. The mechanism of action is connected with oppression of synthesis of prostaglandins by reversible blockade tsog. Indometacin has more accurately expressed anti-inflammatory action in comparison with salicylates and phenylbutazone.

Trokserutin (trigidroksietilrutinozid) is a bioflavonoid. It belongs to angioprotektorny means. Trokserutin reduces permeability of capillaries and shows venotoniziruyushchy action. Blocks venodilatiruyushchy action of a histamine, bradykinin and acetylcholine. Has anti-inflammatory effect on perivenous fabric, reduces fragility of capillaries and shows a certain antiagregantny effect.
