Description

Alcotec Wine Complex - a special strain of wine yeast. Designed for fermentation of 25-50 l. fruit or berry must.

How to use it correctly:

Fermentation occurs according to the classical scheme, making the yeast easy to use, and the result will always be at the highest level. Pour the raw materials (pre-prepared, chopped fruits, berries) into the fermentation container. Measure the amount of sugar in the fruit must. Depending on the amount of juice and sweetness, add water and dextrose (can be replaced with regular sugar). Adding sugars is not necessary; it all depends on the recipe of the drink you are making and the fructose content in the raw materials. But if there is not enough sugar, and you need to make fortified wine, then additional sugar will give a higher % of alcohol, and, accordingly, the strength of your wine. PitchAlcotec Aromatic Wine Complex yeast. After combining the components, mix the contents well. Fermentation begins after 20-30 hours, gradually turning into a more vigorous process. Do not close the lid on the fermenter tightly. After separating the pulp from the wort (usually this is done on the 3rd or 4th day of fermentation), it is cleaned, filtered and bottled. Continue fermentation with the water seal installed.

Using Wine Complex yeast, it is possible to wash fruits or berries for future wine, which absolutely cannot be done without using wine yeast.
