Drug has hondroprotektorny properties by means of normalization of biosynthesis of hyaluronic acid and collagen ІІ type and also suppression of activity of hyaluronidase and other enzymes participating in destruction of an intercellular matrix. The specified effects cause activation of processes of recovery of structure of a cartilage and prevent destruction of macro-molecular structures of cartilaginous tissue.

Restoring a homeostasis in a joint, medicine suppresses biosynthesis of inflammatory mediators, including cytokines. Therefore medicine possesses the expressed anti-inflammatory and analgeziruyushchy action which is shown for the 8-10th day of therapy.

Proteoglycans which are a part of medicine have trophic effect and have replaceable effect, authentically raise MRT-indicators of hydrophily, height of a cartilage and uniformity of a bone tissue.

Indication

Use

Drug is appointed the adult.

Alflutop are entered by deeply in oil. Usually appoint 1 ml 1 r / days, a therapy course — 20 days.
