Abifloks tab. of p/o of 500 mg No. 10

Tablets of Abifloks are shown at infections of light or moderate severity at adults, caused by the microorganisms sensitive to a levofloksatsin: the sharp sinusitis, exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia complicated and uncomplicated infections of urinary tract (including pyelonephritis), infections of leather and soft tissues, chronic bacterial prostatitis.

Structure

Active ingredient: levofloxacin;

1 tablet, coated, supports a levofloksatsin of the gemigidrat is equivalent a levofloksatsina of 250 mg or 500 mg;

Excipients: sodium of a kroskarmelloz, cellulose microcrystalline (PH 101), hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza, cellulose microcrystalline (PH 102), magnesium stearate;

Opadry®03B84851 Covering: hydroksipropilmetiltsellyuloza, titan dioxide (E 171), polyethyleneglycol 400, talc, ferrous oxide yellow (E172), ferrous oxide red (E172).

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to a levofloksatsin, other hinolon or to any component of medicine epilepsy side reactions from sinews after preliminary application of hinolon.

Drug to accept

1-2 times a day. The dose depends on type and weight of an infection. Duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease and is no more than 14 days. It is recommended to continue treatment within 48-72 hours after normalization of body temperature or the destruction of activators confirmed with microbiological tests.

Tablet, without chewing, washing down with enough liquid. Irrespective of meal. For convenience of dosing a tablet it is possible to divide with the help risks for division.

Overdose

Symptoms: dizziness, consciousness violation, convulsive attacks, nausea and erosion of mucous membranes. According to results of researches, at application of the doses exceeding therapeutic the lengthening of a QT interval was observed.

symptomatic treatment and supporting. It is necessary to provide monitoring of the ECG as emergence of prolongation of an interval of QT is possible. Levofloxacin is not removed neither by a hemodialysis, nor by peritoneal dialysis; specific antidote does not exist.

Side effects

General frustration and states on the injection site of means: an adynamy, fervescence, pain (including a dorsodynia, breasts and extremities), porphyria attacks at patients with existence of a porphyria.

Interaction

In researches of clinical pharmacology was shown that on pharmacokinetics of a levofloksatsin was not caused any clinically significant influence at application of a levofloksatsin together with the following medicines: calcium carbonate, digoxin, glibenclamide, ranitidine.
